What happens if I need something urgently?
Give us a call to discuss. We can’t always guarantee that we can get something to you straight away, but we will always give it our best shot.
What happens if something is faulty or damaged?
If the product is faulty or damaged then we will arrange for collection and replacement or refund as soon as possible and at no cost to you.
What if I ordered the wrong product?
As long as the product is in a re-saleable condition (i.e. in its original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition) then we will happily arrange for collection and replacement with the correct product as soon as possible.
What if I can’t find what I want on your website?
